The competition will be opened in the first quarter of 2025.
Conditions of employment:
Scholarship – 36 months x PLN 4,000
Description of tasks:
- Conducting 40 narrative interviews,
- Coding source materials (migrants’ memories) – Work package 3,
- Analysis of written memories and creation of a research report,
- Authorship of at least one scientific publication and one conference article in English (together with the project manager or a person employed in a post-doc position),
- Participation in scientific seminars (twice a week, online),
- Dissemination of results at scientific conferences.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in sociology, geography, history (or related field),
- Experience in conducting narrative interviews,
- Experience in content analysis,
- Academic interests related to migration studies and/or higher education research,
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish (C1),
- Status of a PhD student or readiness to start studying at a Doctoral School,
- Willingness to write a PhD dissertation based on the project materials.
